SA: Downer confirms his mother received hate mail
Foreign Minister ALEXANDER DOWNER says his mother has received hate mail since thebreak-out of war against Iraq.
Mr DOWNER told ABC Radio his 78-year-old mother has been upset by the mail.
He says Federal Police officers have gone to Lady DOWNER'S house to talk to her aboutthe incident and to look at the mail.
